Our administrative staff are based at our head office in Exeter city centre, close to the historic cathedral, quayside and public transport links.
We are a small, friendly team which includes our chief executive, finance and HR staff and venue co-ordinators.
Many of our team work flexible hours that fit around other commitments and occasionally work from home as required.

Membership Sales Manager
Dorset and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust
Are you an experienced Area/Regional Sales or Fundraising Manager – or a local field sales manager ready to take the next step – with excellent direct sales and/or fundraising and people management experience, drive and motivational skills?
Would you like to build and further develop geographically dispersed recruiting teams whose important goal is to gain new members and generate revenue for local Wildlife Trust charities?
South West Wildlife Fundraising Limited (‘SWWFL’) is looking for an experienced, talented and highly motivated sales / F2F fundraising manager to lead a successful membership recruitment team across Dorset and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trusts.

Contract: Permanent part-time position, 22.5 hrs per week.
Ideally working 3 days per week, to include some weekend working
Location: Home–based, with travel covering Dorset Wildlife Trust and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust counties
Salary: £40,052 fte per annum (pro-rated, £24,031) + commission (c. £12,169 per annum on-target earnings in 2023-24) uncapped. OTE £36,200 per annum.
